  • Anger Management Training is rapidly becoming our key programme for C.P.D. and rapidly growing in client requests.
Our training is conducted in a small group setting with time for practice and discussion.

Increasingly clients are recognising that their anger is having a negative impact on their daily lives and leading to significant problems with work colleagues and perhaps more importantly, family members.

Perhaps everyones life is becoming a lot more stressful.

With worries about Money, Job Security and increasing demands on our time through work and family commitments, longer and more difficult journeys to and from work and escalating costs in every direction, anger is becoming a problem for many individuals.

Our two day training programme for therapists is aimed at giving you some of the skills necessary to offer your clients effective and practical solutions that work.

Anger is a useful and necessary emotion when expressed at the right time, in the right place, for the right reasons and in an acceptable way.

Our training provides you with the key structure to help your clients make some important changes in how they respond to their individual triggers.
